Venice East is located about 5 miles South of Venice, very near a major shopping area with many restaurants. There is an executive golf course that is open to the public. Venice East has approximately 1500 homes which were built during the late 60's and into the ‘80's. The prices range from $180,000 to $300,000. Venice East is convenient to I-75 which gives easy access to Sarasota and Tampa. The closest beach is Manasota Beach that is located a short 10 minute drive away.
