It is a neighborhood of approximately 2000 single-family homes built between 1955 and 1990.  Venice Gardens is located close to the YMCA , many shopping areas, with easy access to I-75. It is non-deed restricted so you can park your boar or motor home in your driveway. There are many lakes throughout the neighborhood central utilities, a community center with many activities. A swimming pool-family membership is only $100 per year, and flood insurance is not required in Venice Gardens. Homes on average run from $160,000 to $350,000.
