Distinguished Sri Lankan dignitaries met with Makkal Needhi Maiam President and Rajya Sabha MP, Thiru. Kamal Haasan @ikamalhaasan at the Makkal Needhi Maiam Head Office.
Dr. Ganeshanathan Geathiswaran, Deputy High Commissioner of Sri Lanka to Southern India, along with his spouse Mrs. Krithiga Devi, Mr. Ganeshanathan, Former SSP of the Sri Lanka Police, and other delegates paid a courtesy visit, reaffirming the strong and enduring bilateral relationship between India and Sri Lanka.
Makkal Needhi Maiam Vice President Mr. A.G. Mourya, IPS (Rtd.), General Secretary Mr. A. Arunachalam and State Secretary (HQ) Mr. Senthil Arumugam were also present during the interaction.
During the discussions, the President was briefed on Sri Lanka’s current developments, further strengthening mutual understanding, cooperation and shared regional bonds.
