Makkal Needhi Maiam flag was hoisted in four locations in North Chennai.

2. M.S. Naidu street
3. Korukkupettai RS
4. Meenambal Nagar
Uniforms were distributed to auto drivers and two pavement sellers were given umbrella shades by Vice President of Makkal Needhi Maiam Mr. A.G. Mourya IPS (Rtd) and Mr. G. Nagarajan, State Co Ordinator for welfare wing.
District Secretary Me. Maran, zonal organiser for Labour wing Mr. Sekar, District Organiser Mr. Ramsekar, Deputy District Secretary Mr. Kaviraj, and Adi Dravida wing District Organiser Mr. Solai coordinated the event. Other officials and cadres of MNM were also present.
