The 'Nel Jayaraman Traditional Rice Conservation Centre' is a movement that cultivates, preserves and reproduces traditional rice varieties and provides them free of cost to farmers, Department of Agriculture , students of agriculture , trainers and researchers.
In order to protect and popularise traditional rice varieties, all those who care about the glorious Tamil land should participate in the 'National Rice Festival - 2023' held by them on 17th and 18th of June.
Our leader, the President of Makkal Needhi Maiam Mr. Kamal Haasan calls upon the entire society to support the efforts of these young people to preserve the tradition and glory of this land!
